Everyone has a health history right? Consciously or subconsciously, we choose our health path and which direction it’s likely to take us for our future health and longevity. We do have the ability to alter that path through nutrition and lifestyle so where ever you may find yourself it’s not necessarily too late to divert that path. For years I have been focusing on my own health journey after years of burnout and with it I am guiding my own young family and sharing insight into what can go right and also what can go a bit pear shaped if we do and don’t take good care of our temple. As a certified health coach, experienced chef and total whole-foodie I am so excited to share with you my knowledge around real food and holistic nutrition for better health. From healthy recipes and cooking tips for a balanced diet to lifestyle changes to help you to feel more like the person you are supposed to be.
From me you will obtain real food knowledge, what foods to avoid i.e. navigating labels and definitely what to enjoy more of, I’ll share with you up to date recipes tried and tested in my kitchen on my tribe, also tips for cleaner cooking and a sustainable kitchen.
